How can I see which courses I have included?

To see the list of courses that you have included there are two ways.
First, the complete list of included courses is always available on the left panel of the page. This can be expanded by clicking on the 'Show more' link.
Alternatively, you can see the complete list of included courses by clicking on the profile picture in the top bar, and then on Profile.
Next, click on the Courses tab in the top section of the profile page.
Finally, the list showing all the included courses will be displayed.
